Frequently asked questions.

How long does it take to receive a response?

It depends on the complexity of the question and our workload. Please note that during the tax season, it may take us a little longer to respond. We do not have a hotline. Responses are always provided by the person who handles our clients' day-to-day matters.

Can I file my annual PIT tax return with you?

We only prepare annual tax returns (PIT) for business clients who run a company. The tax office responsible for your area will help you with your private annual tax return.

Do you only serve companies from Krakow?

No. We have customers from all over Poland and even from abroad.

Do you work on external programs at clients' premises?

As a rule, we do not provide this service, but in exceptional circumstances we may undertake to do so.

Do you provide virtual office services?

No. We do not have the building owner's consent for such a service. Fortunately, there is another company in the same building that provides such services and has the owner's consent.
